assessed at an appointment which usually takes 40 minutes.
We also ask you to complete a confidential medical questionnaire
and a smile check.

concerns or wishes you may have regarding your teeth and
dental care. It frequently involves a scanning x-ray of your
teeth and jaws as well as other small detailed x-ray pictures.
Your gums teeth and past dental work will be examined, and you will be given an oral cancer screen check.
At this assessment we will discuss our findings, treatment options and fees with you so you may decide what you wish to have done.
For a few patients who require extensive work, further
investigations and planning may be necessary such as
impressions to make replica models, jaw measurements,
photographs, extensive gum measurements, and specialist |

assessing options and planning specialist opinions as and when
required. From these investigations a treatment plan will be
developed to meet your unique requirements from a health,

work and or treatment.

you and recommend the best preventative dental programme to
keep them healthy, such as regular dental hygiene appointments
and fissure sealants.
